Graftech International Holdings Inc. is a global company with over 100 years of experience in the carbon and graphite industry. We manufacture and provide high-quality natural and synthetic graphite and carbon products and services. Our corporate headquarters located in Parma, Ohio has an immediate opening for a Marketing Communications Analyst.

The primary function of this position will be to oversee the production of a wide-variety of collateral materials and to coordinate domestic and international tradeshows.

Responsibilities will include:

• Design, write, edit, proof and oversee the production of all collateral material and communication with customers including, but not limited to: brochures, presentations, sample kits, direct mail pieces, newsletters, videos (scripts) and image management.
• Coordinates the schedule of international and domestic trade show attendance for ES LOB. Including pre-show planning, logistics coordination, preparation of booth graphics, samples and supplementary materials.
• Develop and implement an advertising campaign structure for the different market segments of ES LOB – including budget, design, ROI and reporting.
• Coordinate relationships with outsourcing firms such as technical writers, commercial printing firms, graphic designers, PR representatives and other vendors as needed.
• Track Marketing Communications budget.
• Manage diverse special projects, as requested.
• Occasional travel required.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in marketing, journalism or communications with min. 3-5 yrs. Marketing Communications experience. Excellent computer, written, and presentation skills are a must. Experience with web marketing and video preparation a plus.
