GrafTech International Holdings, Inc., a global leader in the manufacture of specialty graphite products has an employment opportunity for a Supervisor at our Clarksburg, West Virginia manufacturing facility.

The primary responsibilities of this position is to provide leadership, support, and resources for production personnel and work together with other supervisors to support our manufacturing and sales teams.

We are looking for a versatile self-starter with supervisory work experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting and a Bachelor of Science degree preferred. Lean, Six Sigma experience is a plus.

Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to work in a highly participative environment are musts. Working in a variety of environments - laboratories, plant, and office. Employee must be able to walk, traverse various levels, climb ladders and steps, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and work at heights. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Be able to talk and hear. Be able to differentiate between colors and color codes. Occasional travel to other GrafTech sites and supplier locations may be required.

You must be a real team player with proven leadership abilities who is willing to work on multiple projects for extended time periods. Some travel may be required.
