We have an immediate opening for an Electrical Engineer focusing on Electrical Power Systems. This position will be in the central engineering department located in our Parma, Ohio facility.

The primary responsibility of this position is to be a resource of the company in the area of electrical power systems. To this end he/she will;

• Assist in developing and implementing optimum solutions to get reliable operation at minimum cost on key electrical power equipment.
• Drive programs designed to reduce costs and increase equipment up-time.
• Keep best practices current and documented, communicate these to the various sites and facilitate implementation.
• Liaison with plant and R&D personnel to remain current on process, safety, and environmental needs and activities of the company and contribute to their development.
• Will be a technical resource for the company for
o High voltage, high power electrical systems
o Large DC power supplies
o Regulating transformers

A qualified candidate for this position will have a B.S. Degree in Electrical Engineering. A Masters degree is preferred. A Minimum of two-five years relevant experience is required. Must have strong planning and organizational skills, solid analytical skills, and strong interpersonal skills. Must have some project management experience and a demonstrated ability of technical learning.
